It took me years to find the right mental health worker to help me with these problems. If you find natural, let me know. Have not ever heard of a cure.

1.Deal with the issues in your heart. Panic attacks are often caused by strong insecurities and fear of intimacy and of how others see us. Stop running wild and deal with the heart.
2. praying. NO, I am serious. I used to have panic attacks, and then I started praying to the Yahweh God, Father Son and Holy Spirit – well, I just call Him Lord Jesus.
My panic attacks just went. And it had turned me into a prayer warrior. The only time that it started returning, was when I was away from God.
Prayer is the terrific answer. That was my answer, I hope it will be yours.
God bless. I’d pray for you.

I had horrible panic attacks a few years ago. I couldn’t drive, date people, go out in public. And the more I would tell myself I wasn’t going to panic,,,well of course I did!
I wound up going to a therapist and she helped, but what really changed my life completely was effexor. I am a totally different person today, however sometimes I think what would happen if I went off the drugs. Definately incorporate some exercise and or meditiation into your life eat healthfully. I am glad you are looking for a natural cure. Unfortunately for me it was hindering my life and I needed to take drastic action.
