		<description>Yes it does sound like you have issues in social situations. It could be down to self confidence or self image, or a pattern of behaviour you learnt when you were young.

I think it would be a very good idea to seek help because through talking about the way you deal with and react to things, a counsellor or therapist may be able to help you indentify places where you can make a change in order to break the pattern.

Something you can do yourself is try to understand WHY you feel this way, is it something in the past, is it something now? That way you can try to reassure yourself that everything will be okay, sort of like feeling fear, but not letting it take over.
