As long as you keep doing what you&#039;re doing right with your teeth, you can stop worrying about that. Smile more it makes other people comfortable with you. (I&#039;m not saying you smile too little-don&#039;t worry :) ) 
 Nice vid. I am trying to sort out my problems in this area too : one good bit of advice I&#039;ve had is whenever I&#039;m talking to someone I should focus on how I can make them more comfortable because everyone gets nervous when talking to a stranger.</description>

I am absolutely terrified of socializing, and am paralyzed when confronted, which then makes me twice as self conscious and I start stuttering and get so concerned about how I am being viewed by others that I just fog up and zone out it, then stumble through the conversation until the other person is weired out and escapes at first chance.
