There are many methods known to date that can help you overcoming the social anxiety.

First thing that will have to be considered is a lifestyle changes. These alone probably will not be enough to overcome social anxiety disorder, but they will support the overall treatment progress. The lifestyle changes that will help you reduce anxiety levels and set the stage for successful treatment are:
1. Avoid or limit caffeine, because it act as stimulant and increases anxiety symptoms;
2. Drink alcohol only in moderation. You may be tempted to drink before a party or other social situation in order to calm your nerves, but alcohol increases your risk of having an anxiety attack;
3. Quit smoking, nicotine is a powerful stimulant and smoking leads to higher levels of anxiety;
4. Get adequate sleep, because if you are sleep deprived, you are more vulnerable to anxiety.

However, therapy is the only way to treat and cure the social phobia completely and the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) has been proven as the best for doing so. CBT is based on the premise that what you think affects how you feel, and your feelings affect your behavior. So if you can change the way you are thinking about situations that give you anxiety, you will feel and function better.

Social anxiety can be cured in time and CBT can teah your brain to let go of your old ways and life a normal life.
References :
http://www.socialanxietyselfhelp.com/blog/

It's a lot harder than it looks. Saying "oh, just go talk to someone" is total BS. Hey, jackass, I would've done that already if I didn't have SOCIAL ANXIETY.

I honestly would suggest going to a therapist, because even though I would like to give you guys CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) it would be unethical and it would take too long. Here's an online version of CBT, the most effective and empirically driven therapy for anxiety disorders. HOWEVER, I need to stress that this shouldn't supplement for real therapy. I would definitely suggest going to a psychologist, psychologist in training, or a social worker for this. If you like this, then you'll like therapy.

meeting new people can be scary! its okay to feel that way. sometimes i feel awkward and socially inept, but then i just think to myself, really what am i so afraid of? what is the worst thing that could ever happen? -- someone you will never see ever again didnt like you...the best?--you find some people that you really mesh well with and you have a great time! and to be totally honest, sometime as social lubricant dosent hurt either (alcohol :P), so go out and dont worry so much!!
good luck!
References :
I have the same problem. I have a hard time getting friends to invite me places. They always seem to hang out with closer friends, and when I am invited I just shy away. I have yet to find a way to befriend people willing to invite me places. I recommend inviting people yourself, and hope they come through, but don't get discouraged.

Also, alcohol is okay for loosening up, but don't use it as some sort of crutch to relax. It will become a very nasty habit.
References :
This condition has been given a fancy name, but HGH deficiency eventually effects everyone!
As you age, Growth Hormone levels drop. That's just the way it goes.
But, you can take action to boost your HGH, without spending a fortune on traditional Human Growth Hormone therapy.
As a matter of fact, for a little over $30, you can purchase an over the counter HGH releaser that is highly effective for most people!

Here Are Some of the Benefits of Human Growth Hormone
   * Better sleep
    * Increased muscle mass
