The use of the ABC template is a very useful tool as it allows the client to see their feelings in an abstract form and it helps them to identify what they are actually feeling. “If someone has listed what I am feeling, then other people must have felt what I am feeling now.”

Failing an examine is painful but you can over come it. I understand how painful you must feel and I regret your feelings but just like a baby that crawl before they walk sometime they fall. I have learned my child every time she fails to get back up and try again. For different educational resources that may help you over coming failure, may seek a new school or evaluate you major maybe it just does fix in you category as a human for some of us are good at some things and others we fail.
