What are some of the symptoms of anxiety and anxiety disorders?
Also, depression? Thanks so much.
I have trichotillomania, and I’ve heard that these can lead to it?
shaking
fear of social situations
inability to get words out
stiffness
depression
nervous stomach
sweating
rapid heartbeat

nail biting
Maybe it is the symtoms of anxiety that make you feel like pulling your hair out or the things that led up to the anxiety. Anyhow, I really dislike all these labels we all have these days!

The subject is too broad. Google it is your best bet, or visit WebMD — a great source of medical information..

yes its a very broad topic…. I would Google it and look through some research articles and mentak health articles….
Anxiety disorders might manifest in many ways ie: irritability, anxious, sometimes have obsessive tendancies, poor social skills ie no eye contact, wont go into public places, frightened etc…. (sorry its a very broad topic) as is depression but depression may be present as: a severe state of unrelenting sadness, it may be acute or chronic, people may have suicidal ideations etc…. Both are very treatable with medications so go speak to a doctor or mental health nurse.
