		<description>It wouldn&#039;t be my first choice.  Most psychiatrists that I consult with (I&#039;m a therapist) tend to use celexa as a first-line treatment for anxiety related disorders.  Usually, they will prescribe this in conjunction with an anti-anxiety for panic/situationally bound anxiety as a PRN (or taken as needed).
