I really relate to those thoughts of “starting anew” at a new school were. I always had that thought, even when I was in primary school and didn’t have SA, as such, yet. I never thought how stupid they were! Looking forward to seeing more of your vids

I can definitely relate to everything you said. hiding in the bathroom during lunch, just tapping your feet and staring at the stall door until lunch is over,and becoming completly frozen when someone came in to use the bath room. Hoping they didnt realize you were hiding. and especially the part about hiding in your room I do that all the time.
Im actually doing HS online because I can not handle real HS.
I don’t think I’ve left my house for almost a year and a half :/ Im pathetic…

i have a slight …
i have a slight anxiety disorder no way near as bad as yours though.
the main thing that helps me is alcohol…
when i get a bottle of wine in me, i can do anything social!!!!

I would much rather …
I would much rather be around someone who is quiet and thoughtful than someone who is constantly talking about BS. Our group had a quiet girl. She rarely spoke but we were all comfortable with her and she was comfortable with us. We never gave her crap about not talking. She ended up being the smartest one out of our whole group. There’s nothing wrong with quiet people. You’ll find people who will like you the way you are. S
