wow. its almost … wow. its almost like your taking the thoughts right out of my brain. it sounds like we’ve been through the exact same thing. ive never had a boyfriend either. my first job was after high school and even after 3 years i still had a hard time socializing during breaks and stuff. seriously, i couldve made this video myself.
If you suffer from … If you suffer from panic attacks or anxiety you should check out the website at panic-attack(dot) powerful-solution (dot)com . It will help you get rid of them for good, no joke. I personally used it and I’m a completely new person.
btw, I’m not trying to spam, I just want to help as many people as possible because I know how horrible panic attacks and anxiety are.
ive had this since … ive had this since 1st grade ive resorted to going to charter school so i only go to school for an hour twice a week regular high school is for me i even considered suicide but then thought about my mom when i had to do projects in skool i was always everyone’s last choice even the teachers reprimand me for this if only they had an idea of what i go through everyday the teachers failed me THE WORLD i don’t have a single friend i can trust
if you have any … if you have any questions about anyhting feel free to private message me and i will be more then happy to try and help you out remember you are not the only one out there suffering from this problem, there are millions of us (not meaning to make people with social anxiety sound like some kind of aliens, lol) anyways, I hope you consider what I said. good luck and God Bless. when you hit rock bottom, things can only go up.
great video man. i … great video man. i thought i was just wierd before discovering S.A.D. you got a lot of courage to talk and educate people about it. pills are definately not the way to go cuz youll end up just being dependant on them
trust me it will … trust me it will get better. might take time but if you hang in there, you will get through it. i suffer from sa as well. but looking back and seeing how far ive come and how much im able to achieve alone is enough to remind myself im worth it and brave.
I have had social … I have had social anxiety for about 10 years now and it has truly been a struggle. I can relate to just about everything that you said in your video. I hate getting up to turn in a test, I feel like I walk funny or my voice is strange. I have recently been working on all of that. What I have been doing is trying to change my way of thinking by trying to be more aware of my thoughts. This has worked so well. I hope you try it.
I realized I had … I realized I had Social Anxiety Disorder my Sophomore year in high school. A lot of what you said..I’ve gone through too. I still get sweaty in public and i do look around constantly..but..its gotten so much better. You’ll be okay..you’re a tough cookie There are many people who go through what you go through! Thank you for sharing, too.
wow…….this is … wow…….this is exactly how i feel in similar situations……and the fact that i just got hired at a grocery store….i too feel anxiety in the break room….its at the point where i dont even eat.
Its very depressing … Its very depressing to know you could prob pull a hot girl you meet if only you had the confidence to pursue it,but you can barely make eye contact with her n she ends up thinkin your wierd.Keep fighting the good fight fellas, cause for most guys who want to get laid its a cancer
I asked myself that … I asked myself that same question both before and after I posted this. The answer I gave myself each time was that there are people out there that can truly benefit from watching this. It’s also my way of seeking help.
im battling with … im battling with S.A.D too i know how you feel its ruining my life some people seem to not understand what im going through i tried telling you this on your other account but you deleted it
I’ve had this all … I’ve had this all my life (16 years)
As a kid I was confused when people asked why I never talk, I spoke to my freinds all the time but never other people I didn’t know well, life wasn’t that bad. Then came high school, the start of a miserable chapter of my life. Practically in tears everyday, everyone bugged me about my quietness, I dreaded every single day and sometimes it felt like suicide would be a better choice than living through that shit.
I’d write more but i’m out of space
hey man you can … hey man you can change jus keep positive! i’m on the other spectrum as you, i used to be super outgoing and very active, was a big graffiti writer in los angeles, skateboarded, play bass guitar then everything flipped when i started abusing drugs and alcohol and now i have extreme social anxiety and paranoia and am going to finally try and seek help because i’ve been hiding it for about 3 years. hit me up if you needa reach out to someone homie cause i’m barely startin to go thru the same
SAD is a like a bad … SAD is a like a bad habit way of thinking. Once you get used to that way of thinking it is hard to get rid of it. It really comes down to self confidence and relaxation techniques.
Basically mine was … Basically mine was like how you describe but like you said shaking and sweating but I also get a really bad stomach pains that when I was younger it hindered me to do anything. It has been better lately. I had one girlfriend but she broke up with me cause I never saw her. I mean its still hard to do anything new. Like starting college, starting my job as a cashier (ironic), going to the movie theater, really anything. But its really cool that you made a video on youtube i would never do that.
Life is a mixture … Life is a mixture of folk. In my opinion shy people are a blessing.
Two ends of a scale. One introvert and deep, one extrovert and breadthy.
