Glad to hear you are feeling better.
Do these drugs need to be taken for life? Just wondering. If this is too personal a question, just ignore my comment. I don’t want to sound pushy or too nosy. I am in a very difficult situation with anxiety (some agoraphobia) right now and have millions of questions and want to hear about the successful people who overcome anxiety and stress.

    I was diagnosed …
I was diagnosed with GAD about 10 years ago at age 37. The only thing that helped me is taking a combination of Paxil and Buspar. Slowly all my physical and mental symptoms went away and have been gone ever since. It is an imbalance of brain chemicals that causes GAD and Paxil just corrects this imbalance. We’re so lucky that we happen to be living in a time where we have the products on the market that can easily cure this. Please don’t be worried about taking these drugs. They really work!

    by doing this your …
by doing this your mind can take a break from worrying and you can focus on doing wat your doing. I advise you do something you like, like going out doing things that you would like to do but havent because they make you uncomftorble. i’ve been there i am living proof that the brain is not made that way and thier is a cure

  8. multi11k Says:

    anxiety is not …
anxiety is not there because the brain was made that way. It happens over a long term of worry which becomes a habbit making you now worrying and making your emotions ten fold thier is a cure you must not fight this anxiety but let these thoughts come through and give this anxiety no respect. Your mind is worn out and you dont give it a break by worrying day in and day out. This becomes a life style. You must have a focus by doing thing that may seem pointless at first or uncomfortable.
