How are you ...
How are you supposed to just stop anxiety? And are you saying that simply ignoring(not argueing with the bad thought) the innapropriate thoughts will make them go away?

of my life, I felt ...
of my life, I felt completely alone. I know it is not all in my mind on a rational level but I just cant shake the feeling and my biggest fear is never being 100% certain that the world is real. Have you ever had someone completely recover from a doubt like this?

Hello Charles, I ...
Hello Charles, I had been experiencing derealization on and off since my cousins suicide about a year and two months ago and hadnt realized it. It however became much more pronounced in the last 4 months and about 2 months ago I had the thought of what if it is all in my head? Like I had invented the whole universe and it was like a video playing for my entertainment, like nothing was real and then I thought the only way to go back to reality was dying and I immediately had the worse panic attac

OCD can be a ...
OCD can be a nightmare come true. I had intrusive thoughts after too many drinks! I forgot what happened through alcohol and a few days later had intrusive thoughts about being attacked, injected, druged etc. My OCD made me believe these things had happened and NO one could tell me different!! The key for me to recovery was results. I needed proof these things had not happened through blood tests etc. Wish i had watched your video back then!!!

Great Video, Found it at a perfect time, Been suffering from this for about 2 months now, it seems like the toughts dont bother me as much, so I have to agree with you on the part where you say, the lever of stress = level of anxiety. Thank you and keep up the good work..

Eh? You imagined ...
Eh? You imagined sex and death in every imaginable way? If you were a writer or an artist or a musician or someone in the arts, you could have put that to good use!!

I was religious when I was younger, so random thoughts about sex or anyting inappropriate caused me to feel guilty and reach out to the lord, but these days I just kind of ignore them, unless I require their assistance.

So basically you're ...
So basically you're saying that people with anxiety disorders are always in fight or flight.

I get nervous around people. I go through all sorts of what ifs, lol. I'm not good around them.

I got teased a lot in school, a lot. I was the class punching bag for several years. Do you think that caused my anxiety symptoms around people, or do you think that the anxiety symptoms caused me to get teased? This is a chicken or egg, which came first question.

Thank you so much ...
Thank you so much for this video. I thought I was going mad. It is so hard having panic attacks. I recently had a massive panic attack and it scared the crap out of me. Thank you for helping me to understand these feelings.
