A view on Anxiety Disorder

Very first movie I made, and first upload.
*could be considered graphic*

I have seen several shorts about Anxiety Disorder, but I felt like adding something slightly different. You have heard about the symptons, how it can affect someone. But you never really got to see inside ones mind.
I added scenes from different media, with these I tried to represent what happens inside someone.
Maybe it worked out as I hoped, maybe not. Let me know.

I have had anxiety disorder for about three years, but don’t feel sorry for me. I am doing all I can to learn how to deal with it. I am winning the battle.

scenes from: Silent Hill 1,3,4,movie-The Eye-Ringu 0,1-Elfen Lied-Fatal Frame-Neon Genesis Evangelion
song: Under The Appletree (Crisis Core maintheme)

Duration : 0:5:23

    I’m sorry to hear …
I’m sorry to hear that calladuz. Well regarding my anxiety disorder I don’t usually leave my house cause of a possible axienty attack so my “social live” is pretty much non-existent. Thx once again for this movie…it’s a view that should be explored if you look at the crappy movies that are out there about anxiety disorders.
    Stay safe and well.

    You guys are ‘lucky …
You guys are ‘lucky’ to just have social anxiety. I have full-blown Avoidant Personality Disorder (the next step of Social Anxiety, where you feel you are so pathetic that you make a ‘mask’ of yourself in all social situations) which really kills.

Before you call someone a pussy, try and understand what anxiety disorder is and how it can affect you. It really isn’t that simple.

The hard part is that it seems like noone understands you. When it first started with me, my family and friends reacted like I was overreacting and seeking attention. That hurt.
I wanted to thank you guys for the views and great reactions! I’m glad I could be of help somehow.

  15. inkey2 Says:

    people who do not …
people who do not have this disorder can’t comprehend it, can’t even come within a fraction of understanding it. Telling a panic disorder sufferer to “relax” is like telling a quad amputee to take up “running” as a hobby. I have often thought, if someone could invent a weapon that induced panic attack…..they could rule the world
