You should talk to someone. Talk to your parents or a doctor, or a teacher, or someone else you trust. There are lots of things that can cause you to feel like this and there are lots of way that you can feel better. If you are uncomfortable talking to an adult try talking to a friend and having them talk to someone for you, anything you can do to get some help will be a good step. Good luck!
References :
Anxiety comes from what your mind wants you to think about because that is how it has been trained to think. It did not start out this way but through the years of your anxiety it is now a pattern that has to be changed in order for you to hopefully some day feel like anxiety is a thing of your past.

When you are feeling stress coming on your mind is kicking into its known pattern. You have to focus on what you know of as "true" or "real". Things like looking at the room you are in and thinking about what is in you immediate surroundings. Maybe thinking about the names and birth dates of your family members. Anything that you know as "real" will set your mind to what you want it to think about and not what it wants to think about.

You have to be the master and not let it think about things that may or might happen. These are not real things but thoughts. It may take some time but you have to practice and learn how to control these feelings. After you have a let's call plan of attack or a solid plan for when these feelings start to happen then you can always count on knowing what to do no matter what. If you do not have a plan then you can count on staying in the same pattern that you are currently in.

Make up your mind that you not your mind will win. Do not let anything stop you. No one can do this but yourself. Once you start to gain success then you can pat yourself on the back knowing that is was you that got you to this point and the confidence that you can beat this will grow more and more each day.
References :
First of all can you speak to your parents or to a teacher and tell them how you feel? They can help you and will know the best ways to deal with what you are going through. There are a lot of people who can help you, ask an adult.

You have a lot of fear going on which is making you very anxious. I knew a friend who was sick before exams but she always passed them!

try saying to yourself "Could I let go of my fear of ......" That is what is really causing the anxiety your fears. Do you fear rejection etc. Then ask yourself the question again. You will feel better. Remember the anxiety is a feeling it isnt who you are!

Ask yourself "Could I let go of the feeling of fear" "Would I if I could?" Of course you would, after a few minutes of asking yourself these questions see if you feel calmer inside.

Life can feel hard at times and we want to resist things and fight back but just try for one day to accept things as they are. When you accept good things can happen. Life truly is beautiful. Look at www.controllinganxiety.com if you have access to the internet there was an Australian Doctor Dr Claire Weekes who was excellent with anxiety problems. You WILL grow through this so be kind to yourself and ask your carers or a teacher for help.
References :
I have social anxiety and depression kinda goes hand and hand but I know what your going through. My anxiety/depression is under control by medication but my social skills aren't the greatest. But I am working on it. You first need to go see a therapist and get some medication to help you control your anxiety/depression. After that you need to take small steps of overcoming your fear, I'll suggest you ask your therapist about an anxiety clinic. They have support groups and will help you over come your anxiety. I'm currently on a waiting list to see one due to the growth of anxiety in my area.
You can also give this a try. It's an old chinese theory of acupressure to cure all your anxiety and depression. I'm also thinking of trying this program myself. I'll post the link for you to visit. Read what they say, it's pretty interesting.
Anyway here's the link.... http://www.stopanxietyinminutes.com/
References :
You need professional help. There are people trained to help you cope with these problems and eventually get rid of them. Talk to your parents. If you're not comfortable doing that, talk to a school counselor and ask if you can have a group meeting with your parents so that you can all talk about it together and make a plan of how to help you.

Lots of people have these problems, and they can be beaten. You just need to get the right help.
References :
I'd recommend firmly telling (not gently asking) your parents about these problems and ask them (not demand) if you can see a therapist to help you with these problems. If you can't tell your parents, you can tell a guidance counselor at school. They're required by law to be discreet (upon request), as long as you aren't self-harming or suicidal.
References :
You're not alone; I have these problems too. Seeing a therapist really helped.
