    Hi Ginny,

Thank you so so so much for this. I’m 14 and I suffer from panic attacks in school.Today I had to excise myself from class and then get my dad to pick me up from school because I couldn’t handle it. If I get another panic attack, I will definitely try this.

Your voice is very calm and relaxing, very nice to listen to. Thanks you again.

When I get one of my 3 or four daily attacks it feels like my head is literally going to explode! It is scary and nauseating. My blood pressure goes up, and so do all my worries. As I kind of recover, things normalize. I may then feel good, but I have at least 5 attacks a week. Usually over 20. Been using valium and other benzos for 10 years. Works a little, but no cure. Going to try this breathing stuff til I get it right. Maybe I can get the number of attacks down.

P.A.’s are seriously impairing my potential. I can’t go to doctors appointments, optometrists etc.. I can’t even think about watching a show like E.R.! I had to excuse myself from a first aid/CPR class witch cost me a job. I’m currently taking a water treatment course that runs for two weeks. It’s my second day and I had to excuse myself this afternoon. Much more of this and I will lose out on another great career opportunity! I’ll practice this tech tonight and use it tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Hi! I have used a similar tech., and it is a good one. There are many things you can do to focus away from panic and stress. My program is full of practical things that you can think, say and do that are very effective and self-supportive. You’re on the right track, but if you want some further advice & instruction on eliminating panic and coping with stress, please consider my program. You won’t be disappointed. I wish you every success and blessings. Ginny

Sometimes when I have a really bad anxiety I try to hypnotize my mind. Its sort of my own technique that I made up myself. It works for me so maybe it will work for you or anyone reading this. What I do is I take a pair of headphones and turn on my favorite music that takes my mind off of whats bothering me. I close my eyes and sorta dream myself away from the anxiety. The music itself sort of side tracks your mind from being able to panic so much.
